Payments and Delivery
Prices may vary by detected market. After successful payment, we generate and deliver your report to the email address you provide or through WhatsApp when that flow is used. Delivery times can vary due to payment, email, AI provider, WhatsApp provider, or infrastructure delays.
User Information
You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or inaccessible email addresses, blocked WhatsApp messages, or incorrect birth details submitted by you.
WhatsApp Messages
If you use our WhatsApp experience, you agree that AstroMind AI may send service messages, payment links, report previews, and report delivery updates on WhatsApp. You can reply STOP to opt out of promotional WhatsApp messages.
Refunds
