WhatsApp Communications
If you contact AstroMind AI on WhatsApp, we may collect your phone number, profile name, conversation messages, selected reading topic, payment links, delivery status, and campaign attribution such as influencer or referral codes. WhatsApp messages are also processed by Meta and its business messaging infrastructure, including message metadata such as sender, recipient, and timestamps.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create your personalized report, process payment, send the report to your email address, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve service reliability. We may also use campaign attribution to understand which marketing links introduced users to the service.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store your full card or payment credential details on our servers.
AI, Email, and Hosting Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as payment processing, email delivery, AI report generation, storage, hosting, WhatsApp messaging, and analytics or logging tools. Information may be processed in India, the United States, or other jurisdictions where these providers operate.
Security and Retention
We use HTTPS for data in transit and restrict operational access to production systems. We retain report and conversation data only as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability. As a working policy, we aim to delete or anonymize raw birth details and WhatsApp conversation content within 90 days after report delivery unless a longer period is required for support, payment dispute handling, security, or legal reasons.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, payment, security, and operational requirements. If you receive WhatsApp messages from us, you can reply STOP to opt out of further promotional WhatsApp messages.

AstroMind AI is operated as a JustBuzzOn product. Support and privacy requests may be handled from the JustBuzzOn support domain while we continue to use the AstroMind AI brand for the reading service.
